City University Phiharmonic Orchestra

Principal Conductor: Mr. Chiu Kai Keung City University Phiharmonic Orchestra (CityUPO) was founded in 2000, with the funding support from the Cultural & Sports Committe and the advice of Student Development Services of the University.
Members of the Orchestra include CityU students, staff and alumni. The CityUPO aims to enhance the appreciation of classical music among the University members, to develop music talents of fellow students and to establish a close link among its members and music lovers.


Since its inception, the Orchestra has organized annual performances and summer concerts reguarly. The CityUPO has also been invited to perform in various large scale University events and external music activities. In future, the CityUPO will continue to strive for artistic excellence and promote classical music on campus as well as in the community.

出了一場精彩的表演！

City University Philharmonic Orchestra Annual Performance @ City Hall

放左工之後乘地鐵到中環，７時到達了大會堂。熱身過，食過飽，就上了舞台了。　一個小時的練習很快就過去，正式表演了...
上半場有四首歌，有三首都是非常吃力的＝＝　幸好上半場沒有一些很大的錯誤。　


中場休息　（中場休息並不是我們休息的時候，而是Duet的時候＝＝同李傑民在休息中背duet）

所以到左下半場：累爆了！　下半場只有一首歌，但是有四個樂章　（柴可夫斯基第五交響樂曲）

First Movement:
有少量唔岩音，但之後總算解決了！

Second Movement:
我太喜歡這個樂章了，只顧享受Horn的Solo，差些忘記要吹奏，哈哈！　這個樂章都吹得好輕鬆，可能因為太熟這首歌了。

Third Movement:
練得最少的一個練章，好快就四連音（吐音）。雖然不是吹得很好，但總算過得去～

Fourth Movement:
一個好好的完結樂章，超喜歡這一個樂章！　李傑民不要覺得遺憾吧～


今場表演令到我既興奮，又開心，又緊張！　
＞＞＞興奮在第一次在orchestra表演！　
＞＞＞開心在好多聖文德的同門！！！
＞＞＞緊張在唔想有咩出錯破壞了這幾首動聽的樂曲！


希望仲有機會同城大管弦樂團表演啦～
